Для того, чтобы на него ответить, надо, прежде всего, понять, а кто есть тот самый "системный Telegram-журналист". Если, в трактовке Анатолия Спирина, это сам Спирин - то, однозначно, нет. Сам он, кстати, несмотря на памятный тейк, например, Симоньян (эпохи борьбы с ней Навального), предпочитал освещение, что называется, "в балансе", а много таких сейчас осталось?
На наш взгляд, Телеграм - это такая штука, которая никогда не сможет быть вполне системной - согласно актуальным требованиям самой системы. А очертить их четко - все равно, что вычислить траектории полета щепок в известной поговорке про лес, который рубят. Спирин - в СИЗО. Кто-то, кто не так назвал СВО, также подвергся репрессиям. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
