Вопрос, что лучше, олигархия, задрапированная демократией, или она же, но ею не прикрытая, полагаем риторическим. Жаль, третья часть с многополярным миром не предполагается - это могло бы помочь. Говорится же: критикуя - предлагай. И подводя к мысли - не останавливайся, а развивай. Смелее надо быть. "Конца истории" нет. И понятно, какая страна (страны) является ее продолжением. Кажется, именно это хотел высказать автор. Но отчего-то не осилил. Возможно, из-за олигархии.

Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
