Друзья, 1 декабря в Амстердаме пройдёт митинг в поддержку политзаключённых. У нас в Нидерландах есть возможность высказаться, не опасаясь уголовного преследования. Есть ли у вас знакомые в России, которые хотели бы прислать короткое сообщение, чтоб мы прочитали его на митинге? Если да, пришлите нам на @FRNL_board, пожалуйста. Не можем обещать, что прочтём на митинге всё — зависит от того, сколько нам пришлют — но хотя бы с одним выступим, если организаторы не будут возражать (хотя с чего бы им возражать).

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
