В городе введен режим повышенной готовности. Губернатор Игорь Артамонов заявил, что срочно возвращается из Москвы. Там же сегодня и глава Липецка. На ВДНХ на выставке «Россия» торжественно проходил день Липецкой области – его открывал певец Шаман с песней «Я русский!»
