Нет смысла брать уже известные лица, потенциал которых понятен. Цель – найти тех, кто мыслит по-новому, имеет определенный опыт и желание работать. Судя по имеющейся информации, конкуренция будет серьезная, но по итогу – скоро нас ждет серьезное обновление.
