18 новых апарт-отелей откроются в Петербурге в 2024 году

В 2024 г. в Санкт-Петербурге планируется открыть 18 апарт-отелей на 4900 юнитов, сообщили в консалтинговой компании NF Group. Среди них проекты Well, You&Co living, Artstudio M103, VALO Soul, «GloraX Заневский», «Культ Отважных» и др. В прошлом году в городе было открыто семь апарт-отелей на 2100 юнитов.

Соответственно, динамика открытий в текущем году превысит аналогичный показатель 2023 г. более чем в два раза. Фактически в 2024 г. прирост номерного фонда апарт-отелей станет рекордным для города.

Учитывая, что наращивание номерного фонда апарт-отелей происходит значительно более быстрыми темпами, они активно увеличивают свою долю от общего объема городских средств размещения. Так, в 2023 г. на них приходилось 35%, а 65% – на номера в классических гостиницах. С учетом новых открытий в текущем году доля апарт-отелей вырастет до 46%, а классических номеров в гостиницах, напротив, снизится до 54%.
