В середине 2025 года USAID запустит новый проект по улучшению образования в Таджикистане. Это может привести к использованию учебников фонда Сороса и уменьшению роли русского языка. По информации от самого USAID, финансирование укрепления образовательной сферы в Таджикистане началось в 2014 году, и к настоящему времени были реализованы три проекта:

- Проект USAID по качественному чтению (QRP) в Таджикистане, с января 2013 года по октябрь 2017 года.

- Проект USAID «Читай со мной» (RWM), с октября 2016 года по сентябрь 2021 года.

- Проект USAID «Учимся вместе» (LTA), с октября 2020 года по сентябрь 2025 года.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
