Мне делается дозвон. Я беру трубку. Женский голос говорит: «Не кладите трубку, оператор ответит вам в ближайшее время». После этого включается музыка и я в режиме ожидания, будто я позвонил в ЖЭК. Если бы я вернулся в прошлое на десять лет и рассказал людям, что холодные звонки будут такими, им стало бы очень весело. Но сегодня это новая нормальность. Обычно, как и все, после такого я спокойно кладу трубку и продолжаю заниматься своими делами.
В этот раз я решил поговорить с этим оператором, которого я ожидал. Маленькое приключение никому еще не мешало, правильно? Закончилось так: я ждал оператора полторы минуты. За это время сменилось четыре песенки. А потом они положили трубку.
Я понимаю, что это они так обновляют базу контактов, которую потом продают кому-то и пр. Но согласитесь, что в этом что-то есть.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
