Состоялась протокольная встреча Посла с Митрополитом Русенским Наумом.

Э.В.Митрофанова вместе с соотечественниками возложила цветы к памятнику советскому воину-освободителю, который также известен как Русенский Алеша, и на могилы воинов-красноармейцев.

Посол посетила Региональный исторический музей г.Русе, где встретилась с его педставителями, и с.Мечка, где почтила память погибших за освобождение Болгарии от османского ига в ходе Русско-турецкой войны 1877-1878 гг.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
