Огненные реки текут-текут. В ЖК "Ботанический сад" 3 раз за месяц прорвало трубы горячего отопления

Лето в Москве сменилось зимой, и проблемы в новостройках также сменили сезон. Вместо затоплений из-за дождей в них пришли затопления из-за прорывов сетей отопления 🚰. В районе Ботанического сада пострадала уже вторая новостройка - от глубокоуважаемого мной девелопера "Пионер" 👆🏻 (первой был "Грин Парк" от "ПИКа").

По сообщениям собственников, в одном из корпусов ЖК "Life-Ботанический сад" - на Сельскохозяйственной, 38 к 1 (корпус К1) уже в 3-й раз за месяц затапливает квартиры с 23 по 4 этаж, после чего УК перекрывает воду и ищет причины. По факту подключения воды все повторяется 🙈. Утешает только одно: в квартирах пока не сделаны ремонты, а вот фасадам, кажется, придется несладко.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
