🇦🇷🇦🇲🇦🇼🇦🇹ДОМАШНЕЕ МОРОЖЕНОЕ

На улице жара, хочется охладиться*️⃣предлагаю полезное домашнее мороженое❤️

На 1 порцию 130 гр:
▪️банан 1 шт
▪️15 гр арахисовой пасты (у меня Chikalab Mulatta шоколадная паста с фундуком)
▪️30 гр греческий йогурт
▪️по желанию орешки, ягоды и тд.

Приготовление:
1️⃣Банан очистить, порезать кружочками, заморозить.
2️⃣Перед тем, как готовить мороженое, достаём банан и даём полежать 5 минут.
3️⃣Помещаем в блендер банан, йогурт, арахисовую пасту и взбиваем до однородной массы.
По желанию добавляем орешки,ягоды и тд.
Тем, кто любит полурасстаявшее мороженое, можно кушать сразу, а можно дать застыть в морозилке ещё пол часика.
