Святослав очень любит курагу, а вот чернослив не ест ни в каком виде, сейчас стул у нас нормализовался, но, стоит только не много расслабить питание - привет запор 😔 Поэтому, такие батончики для нас не только спасение, а еще прекрасный перекус на полдник!
Приготовление: Курагу и чернослив замочить в воде на полчаса, затем пробить всё в блендере, измельчить орехи (у меня были кешью), добавить к смеси. Расстелить пергамент, раскатать на нем тонко смесь из кураги, чернослива и орехов, разрезать на батончики, сверху украсить кунжутом или семенем льна. Готово ✔️ Выпекать в разогретой духовке при температуре 180 градусов около 20 минут.
