«16 негритят» пишут о продолжении «мусорных» разбирательств между Ленинградской областью и Санкт-Петербургом. К 2024 году мусороперерабатывающий завод МПБО-2, который расположен в Ленинградской области в Янино, но принадлежит Санкт-Петербургу, собираются расширить в два раза. Обещают за счет новых мощностей на одном заводе на 100% перерабатывать весь мусор мегаполиса. Предельная проектная мощность двух очередей завода – 900 тыс. тонн, а мусора собирается в Санкт-Петербурге 1,8 млн тонн, то есть в два раза больше.
В то же время, после закрытия питерских полигонов Волхонка и Новоселки городской мусор начали вывозить на МПБО-2. Территорию завода завалили так, что в четыре раза превысили вместимость предприятия. Правительство Ленинградской области добивается полного закрытия полигона в Янино.

As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
