Жутко, страшно. Только вот у Европарламента нет права законодательной инициативы. Этот невероятно нужный и весьма эффективный орган может предложить Еврокомиссии выступить с законодательной инициативой. Но та имеет возможность просто отказаться от предложения под любым благовидным предлогом.
А в данном случае, насколько я могу судить, речь и вовсе идёт о резолюции, прямым аналогом которой является громкий крик в пугающе равнодушное пространство. Крик не первый и, полагаю, не последний.
