⏺️Ингредиенты:
2 яйца, 1 стакан кипятка, 1 стакан холодного молока, 1 стакан муки с горкой, 1 ч. л. с горкой соли, 2 ст. ложки растительного масла.
⏺️Приготовление:
2 яйца взбить блендером в пену с 1 ч. л. соли. Не переставая взбивать, влить стакан кипятка. Пена увеличится в 3-4 раза (обварные яйца). Продолжая взбивать, влить стакан холодного молока. Всыпать 1 стакан муки. После того, как муку размешаете, влить растительное масло.
☑️ Печь на горячей сковородке, смазанной оливковым или топлёным сливочным маслом.
