Прокуратура района провела проверку соблюдения требований законодательства об оружии.
Установлено, что в 2022 г. оружие помещено на временное хранение, а затем изъято в связи со смертью собственника. С этого времени наследники на склад за ним не обращались, в права наследования не вступали.
В связи с тем, что огнестрельное оружие относится к категории объектов, ограниченных в оборотоспособности, прокурор обратился в суд с иском о признании его бесхозяйным.
👩⚖️Решением суда требования прокурора удовлетворены. Исполнение судебного акта взято надзорным ведомством на контроль.
