Без отопления – 199 жилых домов, 8 школ, 6 дошкольных учреждений, 3 поликлиники.
Принимаем все меры для размещения и обогрева людей, а также для восстановления систем жизнеобеспечения города в кратчайшие сроки.

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
