Salzpeeling

¼ Tasse geschmolzenes Kokosöl
1 EL Jojobaöl
1 Tasse grobes Salz
10–20 Tropfen ätherisches Duftöl deiner Wahl

Das geschmolzene Kokosöl in eine Schüssel geben und das Jojobaöl einrühren.
Das grobe Salz hinzugeben und unterheben.
Das ätherische Öl dazufügen und umrühren.
Das Salzpeeling in einen sauberen Glasbehälter mit luftdichtem Deckel abfüllen.
Zur Anwendung etwas Salzpeeling auf Ihren Fingerspitzen verteilen und auf die Haut auftragen. Peele den Zielbereich und spüle es mit einem warmen Waschlappen ab. Trockne die Haut vollständig ab und tragen bei Bedarf eine Feuchtigkeitscreme auf.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
