Wasser in den Mixtopf geben, Gahreinsatz einhängen & den Spargel in Stücken so wie Salz zu geben, 15 Min./ 100° / Stufe 1 garen. Den Spargel in eine Schüssel umfüllen. Erdbeeren, Mozzarella, Tomaten, Ruccola und Walnüsse zugeben. Für das Dressing alle Zutaten in ein Glas geben, diesen verschließen und gut schütteln.
