Zwiebel und Knoblauch kleinwürfeln und in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl 3-4 min anschwitzen. Tomatenmark, Paprikapulver, Kreuzkümmel sowie Chiliflocken hinzufügen und 2 min unter rühren anrösten. Mit der Sojasauce sowie dem Ahornsirup ablöschen und kurz köcheln lassen. Danach kommen die Tomaten in die Pfanne sowie Balsamico Essig und die übrigen Gewürze Currypulver als auch Salz. Alles verrühren und dann etwa 15 min köcheln lassen. Am Ende optional das Öl unterrühren und fertig ist die Sauce.
