Риторический вопрос. Ладно, если лампасов ответственных за два с половиной года саботажа закупок и/или изготовления ЗПУ из устаревших пулеметов не арестовали и не пытают электричеством в Лефортово. Но почему их не выгнали из армии на дачи, которые они без синекур в госкомпаниях не смогут содержать?
