Обвинитель просила суд признать Израйлита виновным по п.а ч.2 ст.193.1 УК РФ и п.а ч.3 ст.193.1 УК РФ.
По ч.2 ст.193.1 УК РФ назначить наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 4 года, освободить фигуранта от наказания в связи с истечением сроков давности.
По ч.3 ст.193.1 УК РФ назначить наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 9.5 лет в ИК общего режима. Взять Израйлита под стражу в зале суда.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
