Невский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга огласил приговор в отношении Оруджа Мусаева, признанного виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.1 ст.105 УК РФ.
С 17.00 по 17.44 17.12.2023 Мусаев, находясь в павильоне по продаже шавермы, расположенном у здания железнодорожной станции «Сортировочная», будучи в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, действуя умышленно, на почве внезапно возникших личных неприязненных отношений к Т., вызванных ранее произошедших между ними конфликтом, нанес последнему не менее 5 ударов ножом в грудь, а также в верхние конечности и лицо. Смерть Т. наступила в НИИ скорой помощи им. ИИ. Джанелидзе.
Суд назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 7 лет в ИК строгого режима, а также взыскал в пользу Б. в счет компенсации морального вреда 600 000 рублей.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
