Красносельский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга огласил приговор в отношении Валентины Апарневой, признанной виновной в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 ст.207 УК РФ.
30.01.2024 в 12.06 Апарнева, находясь в своей комнате коммунальной квартиры по ул. Доблести в г. СПб, понимая, что сообщает заведомо ложные сведения, осуществила звонок службу «112» и сообщила оператору о заминировании военкоматов Красносельского и Московского районов г. СПб, а также 74 отдела полиции УМВД России по Красносельскому району г. СПб, что не соответствовало действительности.
Апарнева вину не признала.
Суд назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 2 года в ИК общего режима.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
