В Кировском районе на Оборонной улице с декабря 2023 года в офисных помещениях незаконно разместился хостел для мигрантов. Местные жители жалуются, что иностранцы регулярно нарушают общественный порядок, шумят по ночам и не соблюдают санитарные нормы. Люди обеспокоены своей безопасностью, но их обращения за помощью пока не принесли результатов.
К счастью, к делу подключился Следственный комитет. Глава СК Александр Бастрыкин поручил и.о. руководителя петербургского управления Олегу Бобкову провести проверку и доложить о её результатах.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
