а) кто-то накосячил; б) этот кто-то осознаёт, что накосячил; в) он не собирается оправдывать свой косяк; б) у накосячившего нет стыда.
PR-сопровождение всего конфликта на Украине отвратительное. Такое чувство, что отвечавших за пасторальные картинки «вежливых людей» с котиками в руках просто уволили, а дело поручили каким-то колхозникам.
