▫️در این نشست «الزامات پیاده‌سازی نظارت بانکی موثر در ایران»، این پرسش که «کدام بانک‌ها و چرا درگیر مشکل شدند و چگونه می‌توان ضعف نظارت بانک مرکزی بر آن‌ها را حل کرد؟» از منظر اقتصاد سیاسی پول و اعتبار و اقتصاد سیاسی بودجه‌ریزی به بحث گذاشته شد.
▫️در این نشست چهره‌هایی چون عباس دادجو توکلی -پژوهشگر حوزه پولی و بانکی-، تیمور رحمانی -عضو هیئت علمی دانشکده اقتصاد دانشگاه تهران-، سید علی مدنی‌زاده -عضو هیئت علمی دانشکده اقتصاد دانشگاه صنعتی شریف- و کامران ندری -عضو هیئت علمی اقتصاد دانشگاه امام صادق- به ایراد نظرات خود پرداختند.

Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
