24 февраля я выступил на заседании Совета Государственного Собрания по поводу плана, который должен помочь сократить рост субсидий для организаций коммунального комплекса (ОКК) на межтарифную разницу. История вопроса: 22 октября 2024 года на очередном пленарном заседании сформулировано постановление Госсобрания с рекомендацией Главе республики создать рабочую группу для решения вопросов отраслей коммунального комплекса. 13 января 25 года распоряжением главы республики №12, в рамках исполнения нашего постановления, была сформирована межведомственная группа по разработке плана мероприятий, направленных на сдерживание роста субсидий ОКК. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
