Боевики ИГ сообщили о нападении на позиции нигерских военных в городе Диффа одноимённого района. В ходе столкновения солдаты решили отступить, а нападавшие сожгли различное армейское имущество и с трофеями отступили.

Также террористы сожгли дома местных христиан в н.п Тарфа Булама штата Борно и арестовали ополченца поддерживающего нигерийскую армию в городе Майдугури, после чего он был казнён.
