Верховный Суд опубликовал Определение по делу № 58-КГ24-11-К9, в котором разъяснено, когда родитель военнослужащего, погибшего на СВО, лишается права на получение соцвыплат.
По мнению одного из экспертов «АГ», в этом деле Верховный Суд счел, что спорные выплаты носят не безусловный характер, и ранее он уже озвучивал подобного рода позицию. Другая сочла, что в определении ВС очень важна детализация социального статуса и роли военнослужащего не только для государства, но и в отношениях с членами его семьи.
