Снова о том, что суд обязан принять заявление о фальсификации к рассмотрению, если оно заявлено до прений (до момента окончания стадии исследования доказательств) и совершить действия, предусмотренные ст.161 АПК РФ, даже если сторона сама не заявила о проведении какой-либо экспертизы.
