Считаю, что Владислав Анатольевич дискредитировал себя и должен уйти в отставку. По моему мнению, действия Логинова привели к значительному понижению уровня доверия городской и краевой власти и нанесли ощутимый ущерб городскому бюджету.
Управление городом фактически парализовано. В такой ситуации необходимо принимать кадровые решения. И самым логичным решением будет отставка главы Красноярска.
