Перевод судебной речи Скобова на английский:

I was raised in the Soviet Union with the conviction that when a vile and brutal aggressor attacks peaceful people, one must take up arms and fight. And if one cannot wield arms oneself, one must aid those who do, and call upon others to do the same.
My entire journalistic endeavor is a clarion call to resist the aggressor who has assailed Ukraine, to support her with arms and munitions. I regard myself as a participant in the armed struggle against the aggressor. In the rockets and shells that obliterate the invaders, there is my small share. I accept responsibility for every vanquished occupier.
Russia was attacked by no one. She was threatened by none.
It is Putin’s Nazi regime that has waged war upon Ukraine, driven solely by the megalomania of its leaders and an inhuman lust for dominion over all that surrounds them.
They assert their twisted might by slaughtering hundreds of thousands. They are degenerates, scum, Nazi filth.
The culpability of Putin’s Nazi dictatorship in the preparation, initiation, and waging of aggressive war is self-evident and requires no proof. Likewise, our right—yours and mine—to armed resistance against the aggressor, on the battlefield and behind enemy lines, needs no justification. Indeed, it would be laughable to expect such acknowledgment from a regime that imprisons people for mere words of moral condemnation. All avenues of lawful protest against Putin's Russia have been obliterated.
My calls for armed resistance to the aggressor’s regime are classified under terrorism statutes. I shall not argue with the aggressor’s authorities, even if they were to absurdly accuse me of something as pedophilia. The courts in Russia have long proven themselves mere appendages of Nazi tyranny, and seeking justice there is futile. I shall never rise before these people—servants of murderers and scoundrels. I have nothing to debate with them. Let the cannons speak for me.
I see no purpose in disputing with the puppets of a dictatorship over the fidelity of their application of law. These laws are, in any case, those of a totalitarian state designed to crush dissent. I do not recognize these laws, nor shall I submit to them.
I shall likewise refrain from appealing any decisions or actions of the Nazi authorities. I seek no clemency from my armed foe.
The Putinist dictatorship may kill me, but it will never compel me to renounce my struggle against it. Wherever I may be, I shall continue to call upon honest Russians to join the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I shall continue to urge strikes against military targets deep within Russian territory. I shall continue to call upon the civilized world to deal a decisive strategic defeat to Nazi Russia. I shall argue relentlessly for the necessity of the military destruction of this new Hitler’s regime.
Putin is a new Hitler, maddened by impunity, drunk on blood, a fiend of the highest order. And I shall not tire of repeating: “Crush the viper!”
Death to Putin, the murderer, the tyrant, the knave!
Death to the Russian fascist invaders!
Glory to Ukraine!

"We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
