А это то, о чем твердили много лет. У нас в области практически каждый год возбуждаются уголовные дела в отношении «частных специалистов», успешно принявших экзамен у иностранцев, которые откровенно по русски «не алле».
В каждом субъекте России должен быть конкретный госуниверситет, который будет проводить такой экзамен, заявили в министерстве. Будем надеяться, что эти меры помогут выправить ситуацию.
