Затем он пригласил к себе ректоров Педагогического, Государственного университета физической культуры и спорта Армении и государственного университета имени Брюсова объявил им, что объединение университетов должно пройти как можно быстрее.
При этом университет имени Брюсова должен освободить свое здание в центре города на углу улиц Сарьяна и Туманяна к весне 2025 года. На возражение ректора, что сделать это в разгар учебного года невозможно, Никол Пашинян ответил, что в противном случае в одном здании будут существовать несколько университетов.
