МИД Таджикистана сообщил, что в понедельник был вызван посол России в республике Семен Григорьев. Ему вручена нота протеста в связи с «массовыми случаями проявления подчеркнуто негативного отношения» к гражданам Таджикистана на территории России. Также МИД заявил, о «повсеместном нарушении» прав и свобод их граждан в России.
«В ноте отмечается, что такого рода действия применяются исключительно в отношении граждан Таджикистана, что в корне несовместимо с духом и традициями таджикско-российских отношений», — говорится в сообщении ведомства в Telegram.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
