В отношении 20-летнего Михаила Б. возбудили уголовное дело о подготовке к теракту, дома у молодого человека в городе Невинномысске провели обыск. Там у него якобы нашли ёмкости с ацетоном, маслом и спички.
Молодого человека подозревают в том, что он якобы списался в телеграмме с неизвестным сотрудником ГУР МО Украины и по его указанию готовил взрыв в городском военкомате.
