1) Сайпудинов М.Ш (статья 161 ч.2 пункт а.г , 162 УК РФ) 2) Цицкиев А.М (ч.2 статьи 205 УК РФ) 3) Камнеев Д.В (ч.2 статьи 282.2 УК РФ) 4) Гиреев Т.М (ч.2 статьи 205.5 УК РФ) 5) Акиев Ш.А (ч.2 статьи 205.5 УК РФ)

Гиреев, Цицкиев и Акиев были осуждены в декабре 2023 года за участие в ИГИЛ (организация признана террористической и запрещена в России) и подготовке теракта (они планировали напасть на здание Верховного суда КЧР). Гиреев и Акиев были приговорены к 18 годам лишения свободы, а Цицкиев - к 18 с половиной годам.
Сегодня рано утром Гиреев, Акиев и Цицкиев выбили оконную решетку в своей камере в СИЗО и проникли в дежурную часть. Там они и взяли в заложники сотрудников.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
