Итак, новости к этому часу: я уже 5 дней в Москве на учебе, а Миша остался дома. Хоть мы и готовились заранее, для меня это колоссальный стресс. Миша проживает все чуть легче.
После двух ночей бессонницы и беседы с психологом я поняла, что надо помочь организму снять стресс.
Решила не заедать, а наоборот, делать антистресс-тренировки. На Новый год мне подарили безлимитную подписку на Fitstars. Предполагалось, что я буду заниматься фитнесом дома, но пока использую тренировки для снятия стресса.
🔴 Утром делаю зарядку 🔴 Вечером — антистресс растяжку, 🔴 А на сон слушаю медитации (очень нравится слиптрек Александра Барановского). Кстати, там даже есть детские медитации для сна😮💨
