Для того чтобы политическая жизнь ожила, перезагружать старые партии это всё равно что пытаться реанимировать давно умершего. Жива среди них только "Единая Россия" и то потому что не партия, а профсоюз скорее. ЛДПР и СР в принципе уже можно распустить и забыть, толку уже не будет, КПРФ сохранить название, но выгнать всё руководство включая местные отделения (второй путь - такой же как с СР и ЛДПР). "Новые", конечно, могут тешить себя надеждами, что у них мол жив эффект новизны, но жив он только в докладах партийных политтехнологов. В общем партийной системе нужна тотальная перезагрузка, как впрочем и выборной. Но мы же понимаем, что это из области фантастики....
