✈️ С помощью БПЛА-моста в Россию будут доставляться товары из Китая. Или не будут, но очень хочется. Проект по созданию хаба с властями региона сейчас прорабатывает сенатор от Амурской области, зампред Совета по развитию цифровой экономики при Совфеде Артем Шейкин.
Расположенный на границе России и Китая Благовещенск "представляет собой стратегически важный пункт для трансграничной торговли". Минимальное расстояние между берегами Амура делает этот маршрут идеальным для использования дронов в перевозках.

Главное, чтобы не случилось как с железнодорожным мостом через всё тот же Амур. В 2014 году на российской стороне был заложен камень, строительство началось только в 2016 году, а к тому моменту китайцы свою часть моста уже построили. Она так и стояла до 2022 года, пока Россия не завершила строительство своей (меньшей) части.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
