В режиме редактирования стикерпаков пользователи могут совершать следующие действия:
• Создавать новые стикеры и добавлять их в набор. • Добавлять в набор существующие стикеры из других наборов. • Изменять порядок стикеров в наборе. • Редактировать ранее добавленные стикеры. • Устанавливать и изменять эмодзи, соответствующие стикеру. • Менять название набора стикеров. • Удалить стикерпак для всех пользователей.
Ранее эти возможности были доступны только через официального бота @Stickers.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
