19 августа Минский городской суд рассмотрит новое уголовное дело против него. Азарова обвиняют по статьям: террористический акт (ч. 3 ст. 289 УК РБ), умышленное приведение транспортного средства в негодность (ч. 4 ст. 309 УК РБ) и измена государству (ч. 1 ст. 356 УК РБ).
22 января этого года Александра Азарова уже приговорили к 25 годам лишения свободы по так называемому «делу BYPOL».
Хотим подчеркнуть, что такие заочные суды не имеют никакой юридической силы. Режим запугивает тех кто продолжает бороться за демократическую Беларусь, но это нас не остановит!
Команда BYPOL требует прекратить незаконные судилища и преследования, а также настаивает на немедленном освобождении всех политических заключенных и несправедливо задержанных.
