Для эвакуаций больных в Хабаровском территориальном центре медицины катастроф находится четыре бригады медиков. После постановки задачи транспортировки, специалисты комплектуют медицинский автомобиль носилками, одеялом и необходимым медицинским оборудованием, а затем отправляются в аэропорт для вылета в пункт назначения. По возвращении воздушного транспорта, врачи доставляют пациента на носилках с борта в специальный автотранспорт и перевозят его в медицинское учреждение.
