В сентябре под Курском погиб омский священник, иеромонах Феодорит (Васильков). В начале июня батюшка подписал контракт, и сразу столкнулся со стеной непонимания и осуждения: «Почти все осудили его, почти никто не понял».

Весьма странно и непонятно, но священники, подписавшие контракт с Минобороны, и погибшие на фронте, в сводки Патриархии не попадают. Даже на сайте Омской епархии нет никакой информации о гибели клирика. Стесняются?!

Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
