- к.х.н. Козлова Т.О., к.х.н. Япрынцев А.Д., Теплоногова М.А. за разработку методов получения и дизайн новых материалов биомедицинского назначения на основе неорганических соединений редкоземельных элементов в области исследований «Химия и наук о материалах»;
- аспирант ИОНХ РАН, младший научный сотрудник ИОФ РАН Александров А.А. в составе научного коллектива из ИОФ РАН за работу «Новые материалы для фотоники на основе фторидов редкоземельных элементов: от синтеза к эффективным люминофорам и наносенсорам» в области исследований «Новые материалы и нанотехнологии».

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
