Im surprised no one in the Right has talked about the BILLIONS the US government has given to India via USAID & others.
Whoever is in charge of Grand Strategy thinks that India is one of our best hedges against China. We send money, technology, and business to India. Along with bringing many Indians to USA to work and study. In the hopes that India will work with us and be a regional partner on par with Japan, Australia, and S.Korea....

The US military is able to take a kid out of high school and train him to repair satellites. Also able to take a kid with a degree in PoliSci and train him to be a fighter pilot.
