Сегодня вручили нашему бойцу Андрею Анатольевичу Чулкову медаль Алдара Цыденжапова.
Уже рассказывал про него, это человек, который стал примером мужества, силы духа и любви к Родине. Во время частичной мобилизации Андрей Анатольевич был призван в ряды Вооруженных сил Российской Федерации. На фронте он написал песню «Все это война», которая быстро стала настоящим хитом у сослуживцев и у земляков в Бурятии.
После ранения Андрей продолжил трудиться во благо страны. Находясь в отпуске, он проводил уроки мужества для школьников, выступал с лекциями по патриотическому воспитанию, участвовал в городских и республиканских мероприятиях.
Сейчас Андрей Анатольевич продолжает службу командиром стрелкового батальона и продолжает выступления на СВО со своими песнями.
За добросовестную службу, огромный вклад в воспитание молодежи Андрею Анатольевичу Чулкову вручили медаль Алдара Цыденжапова. Это заслуженное признание его стойкости, таланта и преданности Родине. Гордимся такими людьми - это настоящие Герои! 🇷🇺

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
