Вроде как в целом ряде субъектов введены серьезные меры с целым перечнем требований, которые затрагивают по большей части именно жителей этих территорий. А им говорят — вы и не заметите. Так эти требования выполняться-то будут в итоге или нет? Или все закончится очередным созданием очередных штабов? Если так, то какова цена тогда всех этих сегодняшних поручений?
