Очевидно, что зачистка Минобороны проводится не Белоусовым, который только вступает в должность, а Главным управлением. Значит, эта акция готовилась давно. Шойгу удалось уйти красиво, а вот его подчинённым (не всем, конечно) придётся несладко.
